All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment within 24 hours of being placed.Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed or cancelled sometimes, we are unable to do it after a certain point.
If you require cancellation of an order, please contact us by phone 1-800-670-2394 within 24 hours of your order processing. Our hours of operations are: Monday through Friday 8am – 9pm EST, Saturday 9am – 8pm EST.

Please note: requesting cancellation via email cannot ensure cancellation as it may take 24-48 hours to be responded to so we do recommend contacting us by phone immediately within 24 hours to ensure it can be cancelled in time *

If your order cannot be cancelled, please contact us by phone or by email upon receipt of your order shipment to receive a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) and instructions to return the order for a refund of the product price (less cost of shipping and handling).

Due to popular demand, sometimes our products do run out of stock and we apologize for that. To be notified when your favorite product is back in stock, please sign up to our email waitlist for the product to receive a notification. Or call us and we can do it for you.
Once you complete your order, it is processed at our facility and then shipped Once shipped, we cannot cancel your order. If you’re on a subscription program, we can push back your next order and make changes for the future.

5. Then on the next page, change the quantity and the subscription shipment you would like your one-time product to be included in.
6. Done. You won’t have to go through a separate checkout process.
